Total SEO Reviews: How to Deal with Positive Reviews
In our previous article, we explained how best to handle the situation correctly if a negative review is left online about your business. We also wanted to write an article about what to do when a positive review is left. We’re pleased to say that over the years, we have received a number of Total SEO reviews online. Whenever a review is left about us, we never ignore them and from our experience, whether positive or negative, a review about your business should never be left unchecked.
We have seen in the past with some companies we work with, that they will only respond to negative reviews left online but never respond to the positive ones. The same is true the other way around as well which is why we created yesterday’s article which you can read here – https://pressreleases.responsesource.com/news/94544/total-seo-reviews-how-to-deal-with-negative-reviews/. You may think that there is no need to reply to a positive review as nothing needs to be addressed or asked. However, just replying with a ‘thank you’ is a powerful message, not just to the client who was kind enough to leave a positive review, but it also shows any potential new clients reading the reviews that you care about what people are saying about your business, whether good or bad. You aren’t trying to hide away behind your business.
Here at Total SEO, we certainly practice what we preach. For example, if you were to visit Trustpilot and read through the Total SEO reviews, you will notice that we have responded to all comments left from our clients – https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.total-seo.co.uk. We think this shows great engagement between customer and supplier and all reviews usually give us pointers on things to look at for the future, which is great for us.
So, remember, next time you receive a review from a client, whether good or bad, our biggest piece of advice is to always reply to it. Whether that’s an in-depth response or a simple ‘thank you’. The power of doing this for pushing your brand forward should not go underestimated.
